Self-care is anything you do to take care of yourself so you can stay physically, mentally, and emotionally well. In simple terms, 'self care' describes a conscious act a person takes in order to promote their own physical, mental, and emotional health. This can mean many different things, and there are many forms self-care can take. It could be as simple as ensuring you get enough sleep every night, exercising, via nutrition, or a cosmetic routine.
